Why is it important?

Carbapenems are used as antibiotics of last resort for treating multidrug resistant Gram-negative bacilli but resistant to this family is very increasing by Gram-negatives, one day we will reach to the extent that all antibiotics are useless;no antibiotic works for any thing ,and that is the end of antibiotics revolution!so what is next?!death.

Perspectives

Carbapenems are last resort antibiotics for treating infections used by multidrug resistant Gram-negative bacilli and resistance to them is very increasing,we must focus on this issue and try to find solution, recommendations of the related studies must be taken in concern and must be done, prevention and control of their spread must be restricted, taking this antibiotic or antibiotics as general must not be missused.we really need to help each other to save lifes.
