What is it about?
GAC tool combines high-dimensional data, such as gene expression, combined with clinical data to infer clinical associations. It is based on Super PC analysis method and is applicable to continuous, time to event and binary outcome.

Why is it important?
This tool provides an interactive platform to conduct SuperPC analysis. It has been extended to include binary outcome in addition to the pre-existing time to event and continuous outcome. It also allows visualization for summarizing results based on a forest plot for both binary and time-to-event data.
Perspectives
It is a simple point and click software that can allow researchers with minimal coding experience to use the tool.
