What is it about?
Alzheimer's dementia (AD) is the most common dementia, accounting for more than 60% of all dementia cases. For adults aged >65 years, the incidence rate doubles for every 5 years of increased age; therefore, preserving cognitive function is a pressing issue. Therefore, we compared validate the technique of brain training, to extract the effective technique.

Why is it important?
A new finding is the correlation between subordinate items of cognitive function and age and stress level (salivary gland alpha amylase activity value).
Perspectives
Dementia should tackle prevention as soon as possible. Brain Training techniques many of them have not been verified. We should examine techniques of brain train more and more and disseminate reliable techniques. Furthermore, we should explore and intervene in factors that affect cognitive function. Eustress and distress has an impact on cognitive function. It is beneficial to conduct brain training while checking stress by objective indicators like salivary amylase.
