What is it about?
ECCT is a promising complementary approach with no side effect for cancer through modulating immune system. It is shown that CCL2 and IL-18 were down regulated after ECCT treatment and the volume of tumor is decreased, indicating it has anti proliferation effect.

Why is it important?
Chemo and radiation therapy are considered as a standard therapy for cancer, with a lot of side effects. Supplementary therapy using ECCT , could decrease the dosage of Chemotherapy therefore decrease the side effects.
Perspectives
This preclinical study may become a basis of consideration for a clinical trial toward the implementation of ECCT as a novel cancer therapy modality.

this publications is scientifically shown that ECCT is safe and have their potency to modulate the immune system in halp to kill cancer celss. Thereforem I consider important to continoue to clinical trial to be used as supplementary therapy in breast cancer. meanwhile combination therapy with smaller doaage od chmeotherapy will decrease the side effect teherfore convenient to the patients but still effective to kill the cancer cells
