What is it about?

We analyzed the synoptic pattern related to a massive entry of Saharan dust into the Canary Islands in 2000. To do this, we show the synoptic maps at low, medium and high levels over the Canary Archipelago. We also characterized the vertical profile by analyzing the closest available radiosounding.
