Perspectives

It is was quite a joy to hold this conversation with Prof. Asad to unpack the trajectory of his own academic journey as well as the journey of anthropology and academic studies of religion and Islam. Of course, his deep insights into the Arab world and the issues of Egypt are remarkable.
