What is it about?

Scientists' careers depend on their getting credit for their work, but the way credit is determined is not standardized and ripe for abuse. I point out that the current practice of throwing these fights back to the scientists is unhelpful and holds us back. It would be helpful for scientists to be able to take matters to a neutral third party besides courts.
