What is it about?

Wide-spaced perimemebranous VSD is difficult to close completely by percutaneous technique. But by Perventricular technique we can close all of holes easily. Perventricular technique is performed by short sub-xiphoid incisions (usually 2-4 cm) under single TEE guidance. This short incisions looks cosmetically good outcome. The patients don't need go through radiation exposure or no need to contrast media administration.
