Why is it important?

It is important in stating the level of exclusive breastfeeding practice, and its determinants in the study area. It will be vital to the Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health, Amhara Regional Health Bureau, North Gondar Health department, and health facilities to share the level and identify factors affecting it. NGOs and researchers will also be beneficial from this study to study more and take an intervention to improve the practice for children's health.
