What is it about?

Heart failures are often associated with PTSD, but no genetic background is known.

Why is it important?

I identify genes that are co-expressive in heart and brain of PTSD model mouse. These genes potentially cause PTSD mediated heart failure.

Perspectives

As a bioinformatics researcher, I have been studying principal component analysis and tensor decomposition based unsupervised feature extraction. Now it can be applied to identification of co-expressive genes in multiple tissue.
