What is it about?
This study found that most primary care doctors in northwestern Nigeria had limited knowledge of mpox. Only about 6% showed good knowledge. Doctors with more experience, senior positions, or previous experience managing mpox had better knowledge. Regular training is needed to help doctors recognise and manage mpox cases early and effectively.
