What is it about?

The article talks about domestic violence during the COVID-19 kickdown in Nigeria. Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), a form of domestic violence is a violation of human right and an issue of public health concern. At least one in three women in an intimate relationship has experienced a form of IPV in their lifetime. Both men and women can be affected but occurrence is more among women. IPV can be physical psychological, economical, or take other forms. The health consequences are grave on the victim, their children and the society.
