What is it about?
Development of a set of equity and quality indicators for primary health care of vulnerable older adults through a cross-cultural adaptation of ACOVE-3 for the Portuguese primary health care context and development of equity indicators to be incorporated in the ACOVE-3 structure. These equity indicators have the potential to be adapted to and used in other contexts of care for vulnerable older adults.
