What is it about?

Transgenarational epigenetics is a new mechanism of heritage between generation. There are no identified mechanisms that mediate Transgenarational epigenetics. In this paper, we identify genes that exhibit aberrant gene expression associated with aberrant promoter methylation during rat development, with re-analysis of the published data set.

Why is it important?

Since epigenetic are reset every new generation, it is not easy to identify dysfunction. Using PCA based unsupervised FE, I identified genes with abnormal timing of gene expression as well as promoter methylation.

Perspectives

I have used PCA based unsupervised FE to various problems. In this paper, I tried to demonstrate that PCA based unsupervised FE to translational epigenetics study.
