What is it about?
Varicoceles can be thrombosed post varicocelectomy. Spontaneously also, thrombosis can occur de novo in varicoceles. This entity has not been clearly defined and the differnetiating points between this entity and the spontaneously occuring di novo variety has not been described. Hence this is an attempt to do it.

If this condition is not diagnosed, it may lead to the performance of orchiectomy and loss of testis.
