What is it about?
The implementation of Pulmonary Rehabilitation has become a necessity before the bronchoscopic lung volume reduction in daily practice. However, many countries have not sufficient number of pulmonary rehabilitation centers and also transfer problems of the patients have increased the need for different models of pulmonary rehabilitation program.

To the best of our knowledge, there is no study in the literature to compare home and hospital-based PR in term of effectiveness in bronchoscopic lung volume reduction candidates
