Exercise pulmonary haemodynamic response predicts outcomes in fibrotic lung disease

What is it about?

We studied patients from a single center with fibrotic lung disease who underwent exercise right heart catheterization testing. We found that changes in the exercise pulmonary pressures were significantly and independently predictive of clinical outcomes.
