What is it about?
Type I and III Interferon Responses are important anti-viral immune Responses. To analyze the influence of Rhinovirus and other respiratory viruses in nasopharyngeal fluid (NPF) on the interferon type I and III responses like IFN-α and IFN-λ and their signal transduction, in cohorts of pre-school children with and without Asthma at baseline and during exacerbation of the disease.
