Medications for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension: a systematic review and network meta-analysis

What is it about?

There are multiple treatment options for pulmonary arterial hypertension. We performed a network meta-analysis comparing the efficacy of these treatments. Overall, we found that there are multiple treatment options that have good evidence in improving clinically significant outcomes, including reducing clinical worsening and reducing mortality.
