Non-Detection of Post Covid Pulmonary Fibrosis (PCPF) through HRCT and PFT but possible through Transbronchial Lung Biopsy

What is it about?

All patients with respiratory distress/breathlessness and we’re having near normal spirometry and insignificant changes on ct scan chest were finally subjected to transbronchial lung biopsy which proved lung fibrosis and finally with steroids and or antifibrotics patient improved with treatment
