What is it about?
Relations between inhaled therapy, cardiovascular risk and prognosis in patients with COPD are complex. Globally, the benefit-risk ratio of inhaled bronchodilators +/- corticosteroids appears largely favorable. Studies in subgroups at risk are needed.
