Why is it important?

In the present paper, detailed study on Memory Switching behaviour have been carried our. Practical setup used for the study of switching behaviour is shown in the paper. Graphical presentation of observations have been made for easy understanding of results. Very important is that, the SEM micrographs of before and after switching have been shown by the authors for evidence of switching.

Perspectives

This is, up-to-date, complete paper for amorphous memory switching behaviour study. Effect of film thickness, temperature and aging on threshold voltage have been shown in detail. The paper contains real-laboratory photograph of complete practical setup used for the present memory switching behaviour study
