What is it about?
The pension savings paradigm of the last century has collapsed and if not changed it will bring havoc to societies in mid 21st century. This paper suggests a new paradigm based on 10 tenets and explains them with a UK case study.

Why is it important?
We need to start thinking from scratch about the current pension savings paradigm. This is a first attempt to suggest a new model based on different assumptions in order to address the challenges of the existing model.
Perspectives
It is a suggestion that needs further tuneup but nonetheless it is a new paradigm that needs to be debated.
