What is it about?
We talked with pharmacists about how a flexible choice multi-component intervention focused on pneumococcal and zoster immunizations worked in their pharmacies. Pharmacists stated the program was helpful in increasing immunizations as well astheir professional image and personal satisfaction. Pharmacists discussed the aspects of the program they chose to use. The program's training and feedback, expanding the use of technicians, changing workflow, setting goals, and increasing personal selling and marketing activities were found to be helpful.

Why is it important?
Vaccinations are a good strategy to prevent infectious diseases, and many people can obtain them through the many conveniently located community pharmacies. Our findings show that a flexible multi-component program can be well accepted by pharmacists and can help them enhance immunizations delivery in community pharmacies.
