Why is it important?
Developing students' practical skills in strategic staffing and selection in a classroom environment can be challenging. This project uses simulated applicant selection test and employee performance data to allow students to develop and apply a selection system in a simulated environment.
Perspectives
The simulated data and ability to demonstrate the utility of students' staffing systems makes this simulation engaging and practical for students.
