Why is it important?

Previous research on client projects relies heavily on anecdotal evidence. This article strategically assesses and evaluates current pedagogical practices in this area and proposes a readily adaptable, tested model for other instructors.

Perspectives

Client projects provide students with excellent opportunities for hands-on experiential learning. The model I propose here, tested over several years, has worked well and I hope will inspire others who seek theoretically sound, thoroughly vetted models to improve their pedagogy.
