Why is it important?
Computer assisted legal research has the potential of helping the law student in accessing wide range of resources within a short time. The student is able to gain much knowledge with little effort. It helps in achieving the primary aim of establishing law faculties.
Perspectives
I believe that very little is achieved in improving legal research in Nigerian law faculties, and also very little has been done to provide law electronic resources in these faculties. This could be as a result of lack of adequate knowledge of the importance of computer assisted legal research, and lack of trained personnel to put law students through the use.
