Why is it important?
Studies on job quality have a rich tradition in advanced economies, while few attempts have been made in emerging economies like India. In this study explored the attributes of job quality as the choice of jobs that are essential for the development of a healthy organization.
Perspectives
This study confirms that job quality is significantly related to employee well-being, work-related perceived efficacy and engagement; and well-being is a necessary determinant for engagement and performance.
