What is it about?

The number of students who study and graduate outside their country of citizenship has sharply increased from 1.3 million in 1990 to 4.5 million in 2013. But do "international graduates" also find jobs afterwards in the countries they study in? This paper reports the findings of a qualitative research of the opportunities and barriers on the respective labor markets for international students who graduated in Germany and Russia.
