Respondent Robotics: Simulating Responses to Likert-Scale Survey Items

What is it about?

This study tries to develop a method to predict how humans will respond to surveys in organizational psychology before they actually answer. It makes use of computerized algorithms that compare the similarities of questions in the surveys. Such differences and similarities can now be computed using digital technologies. The study is able to predict later survey responses to some degree.
