Why is it important?
Water utility companies in developing countries rely mainly on customers' bill payment as their main source of finance. Therefore it is important to examine the factors that influence customers' bill payment so as to keep them current on their bills.
Perspectives
This article provides an incremental contribution to the literature of bill payment behavior, and also extends the work of Kayaga et al. (2004).
