Appriciative Inquiry as a method to enhance nurses clinical decision making

What is it about?

The implementation problem between evidense based knowledge, eg. clinical guidelines, on the one hand and clinical practice on the other. Using Appriciative Inquiery in nursing sessions closes this gap.

Our findings show that the use of Appriciative Inquery is usefull to solve the implementation problem conserning closing the gap between evidence based clinical guidelines and clinical practice.
