What is it about?
We were interested to determine if we could teach the concept of humility to young children. We were also interested to determine if we could measure humility in young children by observing their behaviors and attitudes. This paper discusses the importance of humility, how it was taught and how we measured it in young children.

Why is it important?
Many faith communities value the virtue of humility. Because humility is an important virtue and virtues require practice, we were interested to determine if we could teach humility and observe its practice in young children.
Perspectives
This project was a interesting opportunity to combine aspects of positive psychology, faith, pedagogy and empirical research together in one study (and little kids!).
