Why is it important?

The Hear Glue Ear app can be used to support children with Glue Ear (congestion of the middle ear) between appointments to stop them falling behind in their development. The app provides a hearing screen so that parents/carers can estimate their child’s hearing at home, and information for parents including speech and language therapy videos. The app also provides listening games, audiobooks and songs for children to develop listening skills, auditory processing skills and speech & language enrichment.
