Why is it important?

Students described the process of designing the cases as creative Involvement in PBL case development gave students insights in curriculum design The process of peer assessment offered an opportunity for quality feedback

Perspectives

Students enthusiastically engaged with the process of PBL case design. Some struggled because of limited clinical experience or inadequate tutor facilitation. It is hoped that the process of case writing based on personal clinical experience will enable students to apply the PBL learning tool in the clinical environment in the future.
