What is it about?
This paper is on the need to met unmet needs. Cardiologists should always think to the future, and not only to the present time of their patients. You should be a 'tireless' (even better than a 'perfect', 'good', or 'normal') cardiologist to keep this always in mind, and to find the way to explain and propose it to your patients.

Why is it important?
Because it seems easy to add physical aerobic training on top of the optimal and device heart failure treatment, but its is, instead, hard. 'Think..!'
Perspectives
Every heart failure center should have cardiac rehab facilities, every cardiologist dedicated to heart failure should invite his/her patients to go through cardiac rehab.
