Why is it important?
The first medication choice for hypertensive patients always been a matter of doubt between doctors, the use of ACEI or ARB was one of the most important choices because there were no significant data comparing these two drugs. We attempted to answer this questions regarding the drugs' hability in reducing major cardiovascular outcomes in long term use
Perspectives
We hope that this work could aid physicians in their decision making process, not only the adverse effects and economic features of the drugs
