What is it about?

Why is it important?
Even the scientific evidence is the same, different consensus often gave discordant recommendations. understanding the rationales for this divergence and using common sense rules of thumb to navigate discordant consensus may improve clinical practice.
Perspectives
Evidence alone could not cover all real life situations. Extrapolating scientific evidence to clinical practice requires an exercise that has not been adequately addressed. This study treats to bring evidence to practice in the treatment of H. pylori infection, by addressing uncertainty using a simple set of evidence-based rules of thumb.
