This article highlights similarities and structural differences between an efficient system of Industrial Relations, the Swedish one, with a system in crisis, the Italian one.

This article theorises that the Italian Industrial Relations are based on a binary star model, while the Swedish one is based on a ternary star model

Perspectives

It was very interesting to compare two very different system of industrial relations and understand them in a better way in their unique features.
