What is it about?
We found that narcissists like hierarchical organizations more than non-narcissists do because narcissists believe that they are more likely to perform well and rise to the top of the hierarchy. However, when a hierarchical organization has no opportunities for upward mobility, narcissists actually like it less than non-narcissistic people do.
