What is it about?

It's difficult, even for good articles, to define what should be called odontogenic sinusitis and what shouldn't. We comment on a very good article from Simuntis and colleagues, pointing out that case selection is mandatory when we talk about therapeutic success... the point still open to debate is, what should be called a case?

Why is it important?

This a small first publication in a major collaboration with our colleagues overseas at the Henry Ford Health System. Beside the - fundamental - scientific content, is a great achievement for the whole group.
