Why is it important?

This work is important because growth hormone is only few known related to this issue and could improve the efficacy of other growth factors if it is combined with it, and could aid in the wound healing, specialy in diabetic patients.

Perspectives

The pourpose is to increase the interest and the research in growth hormone and peripheral arterial disease, a threatening condition with a scarce of treatment of doubtfull efficacy when surgical or endovascular revascularization fail. I hope to awake interest to perform clinical trials. This review is the base that back up the future presentation of our clinical trial GHAS study, that is just about to conclude.
