What is it about?
This work is useful in order to analize the new trends and tensions in the field of CDSC (Communication for Development and Social Change). Taking as start point the case of Spain, the autor analizes the continuities and discontinuities with the field at international level.

Why is it important?
This article takes as an importat keyword the term "Implosion". ¿What means "implosion"? Implosion is the action of collapsing inwards with a clamor, which takes place when the internal pressure of the walls of a cavity is lower than external pressure. This is the situation of the CDSC field in Spain, according to the author, because of the inconsistencies and weaknesses of it.
Perspectives
I think that the analysis of this article can be useful for other fields, for other contexts.
