Why is it important?
Some case studies that are only text-based burden learners with details that are somewhat peripheral. This case study features succinct text supplemented by its accompanying video to make the point that fair treatment of teachers by principals who know who they are lies at the heart of ethics in education.
Perspectives
This case study and its accompanying video was created and filmed by students in a funded Masters-level Principal Fellows program. The video was accepted for presentation at the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) Annual Film Festival in 2015.
