Preparing Leaders While Neglecting Leadership

What is it about?

We wondered if leadership centers were widespread on U.S. Colleges (yes they are) and the extent to which centers drew on scholarship about leadership development. There is an opportunity for many centers to highlight more the role of followers and contexts when providing leadership development opportunities.
