What is it about?

We have discussed three cases of hemeatemesis due to both splanchnic and systemic arterial pseudoaneurysms, one in hepatic artery, one in GDA and another very rare one from Right Common Iliac.

Why is it important?

Rare possibilities of common symptom, hemeatemesis, are discussed among which the right common Iliacal pseudoaneurysm presenting with hemeatemesis, which is one of its kind, is also described.

Perspectives

This article is very personal to me and my team because not only we have saved a life but also we were previledged to treat this very rare etiology.
