What is it about?
In this article, we review the empirical literature on career resilience (CR) to develop a model that describes the major components of career resilience, and and how it is related to other aspects of career. We summarize the factors that contribute to the development of career resilience. We discuss the effects of career resilience on our career. Finally, we describe the practical implications of our model for individuals, managers, and organizations.
