What is it about?
Examines how the faculty review system perpetuates the corporatization of higher education. Suggests that faculty members can confront the commodification of knowledge by refusing to play the game.

Why is it important?
As higher education becomes more corporatized, the sanctity of academic knowledge becomes threatened. We need to take seriously the role that higher education plays in society, particularly its responsibilities for knowledge and helping to solve the most pressing problems of the globe today.
