Subjective evaluation of conventional fabrics has been performed for more than 4 decades. in our work, we have shown the possibility of using subjective evaluation of functional fabrics for tactile comfort assessment.

Why is it important?
The important aspect of our paper is it deals with the subjective evaluation of the functional fabrics for the first time and we get a permissible result on the tactile comfort assessment of functional fabrics.
Perspectives
Writing this article was my great pleasure as the co-authors are a very known professor in three different countries. It gave me a lot of exposures and experiences in this writing up. And also, we are happy to publish the tactile comfort assessment of functional fabrics for the first time.
