What is it about?
Discrimination exists in most industries. We find that WNBA coaches do not discriminate based on national origin or skin color when allocating playing time to WNBA players. Instead of using race (which is a subjective assessment of a person) we use skin tone (an objective measure of a person's color). This allows for deeper understanding of any potential racism.
